I was a one of thousand participant at Garuda Photo Competition 2008, and this was my first photography competition. I sent about 6 photos to this competition and all about Bali (landscape and human interest). For me this competition is fun, just participate without big ambition to be a winner as i just an amateur.
But Surprised when Dental told me, one of my photos been 500 big photos but not nominated on 10 big. Well, it’s been a appreciation for my work as we know the jury is a professional on their field.
This photo was taken at Alas Kedaton when peoples there had traditional ceremony named Mepeed.
I wish i could increase my skill and get more achievement from the next professional photo competition.
